Swedes are not very chatty. Finns are even less chatty.

Sweden has strict gun laws. Finland's gun laws are much more liberal.

Sweden doesn't have slot machines in the supermarkets. Finland has.

Sweden has football hooligans. In Finland you just don't do that stuff.

Sweden and Finland differ much in public acceptance for drunk-driving.

Sweden's only male ponytail guys are metal fans. Finland has much more male ponytails.

Swedish hockey gold medals: 8. Finnish hockey gold medals: 2.

Sweden's few stripclubs have black windows and anonymous names. In Finland you can see clubs with "Erotic Bar! Big tits!" in the window.

Sweden has (Sony) Ericsson. Finland has Nokia.

Sweden has the Sverigedemokraterna anti-refugee party. Finland has the True Finns anti-refugee party.

Sweden has kronor (kr) as currency. Finland has the euro.

In Sweden students don't learn finnish in school. In Finland students do learn swedish in school.

Sweden makes all kinds of successful music. Finland makes metal.

Sweden was number 3 in Newsweek's "Best countries in the world 2010" list. Finland was number 1.
